Asset Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll work closely with Operations, QHSE, and various internal and external stakeholders to optimize performance, ensure operational efficiency and compliance, and maximize the profitability of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. You will also manage relationships with commercial stakeholders and partners and represent the organization’s and owner’s interest in the assets. You’ll engage cross-functionally to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements and develop short- and long-term solutions to issues that arise.

Welcome to Onshore Asset Management
You’ll be part of Onshore Asset Management, where you, together with your colleagues, will implement and maintain a strong QHSE culture at the assigned sites, manage relationships with external stakeholders, coordinate efficient reporting, and sustain effective ownership of project requirements.

As a team, we work in a collaborative, cross-functional, and cross-cultural environment to optimize the performance of our projects through the entire life cycle.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • providing commercial and contractual leadership and oversight of assigned operating sites
  • acting as a primary point of contact for tax equity partners, offtake partners, and local stakeholders
  • ensuring full compliance and execution of all commercial contracts, including asset management of service agreements, offtake agreements, and service provider agreements and regulatory interactions
  • providing leadership to associate asset managers
  • representing and shaping our interests in commercial negotiations and due diligence for assigned assets, including tax equity investments and cash equity divestments
  • managing continuous improvement for assigned assets’ processes.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience with renewable wind and/or solar energy, power generation equipment and operations
  • have experience managing stakeholder communications and relationships
  • have experience in leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • have experience managing supplier contractual performance and issue resolution
  • possess a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, finance or similar.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
