Land Contract Specialist
Join us in this role where you’ll support the Land Contract Analyst with the administration, organization, and retention of land agreements, while gaining hands on exposure to the renewable energy industry through cross-functional collaboration.
Welcome to Land and Title
You’ll be part of the highly dynamic, collaborative Land Contract Administration team, working closely with Development, Construction, Operations, Legal, Accounting, and other internal partners to support project needs with clear communication to the business and external stakeholders. As a team, we value collaboration and teamwork.
You’ll play an important role in:

reviewing and maintaining land contract documentation

conducting quality control of document management system

ensuring accurate electronic and on-site record retention

support the accuracy of landowner data
To succeed in the role, you

have strong organizational and prioritization skills

have excellent written and verbal communication

are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

are experienced with landowner relations (preferred)

have a growth mind-set and willingness to learn

Land Contract Specialist: (73,000-82,000) This role is a nonexempt role, paid hourly, and is eligible for pay for all hours worked during a work week. Discretionary Bonus: 7.5 target of base compensation; may be changed or suspended based on the discretion of the company
