Imagine a future where you turn complex commercial and operational data into insights that improve the performance of renewable energy assets.

Join us in this role where you’ll support the analysis and optimization of our US onshore portfolio by developing data-driven insights, building performance models, and enabling better decision-making across wind, solar, and storage assets.

Welcome to Performance Analytics
You’ll be part of the Performance Analytics team where, together with your colleagues, you’ll analyze asset performance and develop tools that support performance improvements across our renewable fleet. You’ll collaborate with site representatives, asset managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data driven decisions and insights across the business. As a team, we work closely, share knowledge openly, and support each other in solving complex data challenges that drive real impact.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate asset performance insights
  • developing data models, metrics, and indices to identify performance improvement opportunities
  • managing and optimizing data pipelines across platforms such as Azure, APIs, and internal systems
  • ensuring data quality and integrity across SCADA data and other operational data platforms
  • supporting stakeholders with analysis, anomaly detection, and performance-related insights
  • collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions and reporting.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a degree in engineering, data science, mathematics, business, or equivalent experience
  • are experienced in data analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL or Databricks
  • are confident working with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • can understand and work with complex data structures and operational datasets
  • communicate insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • are structured, proactive, and motivated to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
