Project Coordinator

Imagine a future where you help deliver large‑scale renewable energy projects and support teams in turning plans into safe, high‑quality execution.

Join us in this role where you’ll support the execution of onshore renewable energy projects across wind, solar, and storage. You’ll work closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to coordinate activities, track progress, and help ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety expectations.

Welcome to EPC
You’ll be part of the EPC organization, where you, together with your colleagues, will support the execution of large‑scale renewable energy assets across the Americas. Working under the direction of project leadership, you’ll help coordinate internal and external stakeholders, support governance processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects through construction. As a team, we work collaboratively across disciplines, care deeply about safety and quality, and support each other in a fast‑paced project environment.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting the execution of onshore renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and storage assets.

  • coordinating inputs across project management, engineering, development, procurement, finance, legal, and HSE teams.

  • assisting with tracking project scope, schedules, budgets, and cash flow throughout the execution phase.

  • supporting governance processes by preparing materials for investment approvals and stage‑gate decisions.

  • helping manage change processes by tracking change orders, documentation, and potential cost and schedule impacts.

  • contributing to safety performance tracking, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across projects.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong organisational and coordination skills and can manage multiple priorities at the same time.

  • communicate clearly and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • bring a structured, detail‑oriented approach to tracking information and documentation.

  • are motivated, flexible, and take ownership of your responsibilities.

  • have experience working in a project, construction, or engineering environment, or equivalent experience.

  • are comfortable using standard digital tools to support reporting, coordination, and collaboration.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
