Senior Estimator

Join us in this role where you’ll manage estimating activities across a portfolio of onshore projects from early-stage development to final investment decision. You will create comprehensive and accurate cost estimates, collaborating with stakeholders, and make recommendations regarding project contractors, ensuring the best outcomes for our projects.

You’ll be part of The Early-Stage Execution Team where you, together with your colleagues, will gather inputs for project CAPEX, address cost challenges, and oversee the estimating process for complex projects. Our team is global and cross-functional, bringing diverse expertise to every project.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • optimizing various project elements such as equipment, payment schedules, and construction timelines to improve business economics
  • managing and holding accountable the primary EPC contractor 
  • leading a cross-functional team to evaluate, communicate, and mitigate project CAPEX risk
  • driving qualification for domestic content tax credit bonus 
  • evaluating interdisciplinary EPC bid materials and providing supporting documentation to select the primary EPC for each project
  • providing market intelligence on cost drivers and industry best practices.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have completed degree within engineering, or equivalent experience 
  • are proficient in construction estimating software and tools
  • possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • can manage multiple projects concurrently 
  • have good organizational skills 
  • demonstrate effective communication abilities.
