Job Responsibilities:

Duties include the following:

  1. Establish strategic objectives for digitalization, data analysis, and integration in Procurement and define detailed functional requirements for data-driven decision support;
  2. Build, manage, and communicate with internal and external relationships that support digitalization efforts;
  3. Identify inefficiencies and improve procurement procedures that align with company objectives;
  4. Provide strategic direction and own the underlying data, analysis, and dashboards used by the various procurement functions;
  5. Support and lead selected internal activities in our team’s continuous effort to improve our way of working with data analysis and apply it commercially;
  6. Manage the IT functions responsible for ensuring that all data pipelines are documented, maintained, stored, and operational;
  7. Serve as liaison to finance, engineering, accounting, construction, development, and IT functions to align and advance procurement strategy;
  8. Communicate strategic value and strategies to internal stakeholders to achieve buy-in/investment; and
  9. Manage recruitment, training, workload, priorities, resource allocation, and professional growth of direct reports.

Telecommuting is available, but a candidate must be able to come into the office as needed.

5% travel required per year. 50% of all required travel will be domestic and 50% will be international.

Job Requirements:

Employer requires candidate to have at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field and three (3) years of progressively more responsible work experience as a Business Analyst, or related occupation, working within the supply chain field. Candidate must also have the following:

  1. Demonstrated understanding of data management or analytics gained through minimum of three (3) years of work experience;
  2. Demonstrated understanding of procurement and supply chain management for large utility projects gained through minimum of two (2) years of work experience;
  3. Demonstrated understanding of the interplay between development, engineering, procurement, and construction for large utility projects gained through minimum of two (2) years of work experience; and
  4. Demonstrated ability mapping business critical processes and ensuring effective implementation across the procurement scope gained through a minimum of two (2) years of work experience.

All years of experience may be gained concurrently.

Salary: $169,000 to $174,000 per year.
