Facilities Coordinator

Imagine a future where you help create safe, efficient, and collaborative workplaces that support our green energy ambitions

Join us in this role where you’ll represent Facility Management at our West Coast Hub, ensuring that services delivered through our integrated facilities management (IFM) partner meet business needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and suppliers to support safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces while identifying opportunities to continuously improve how we operate.

Welcome to Facility Management UK & IE
You’ll be part of Facility Management UK & IE where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with the Senior O&M Facility Manager, Head of Facility Management UK, and our IFM provider, CBRE. You’ll act as a key connection between site teams and suppliers, helping ensure consistent service delivery across the West Coast Hub and Burbo O&M sites. As a team, we collaborate openly, support one another, and focus on delivering value through strong partnerships and a positive workplace experience.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • acting as the primary interface between our organisation and CBRE at site level
  • monitoring delivery of hard and soft FM services to ensure alignment with contracts, SLAs, and KPIs
  • building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring their needs are reflected in service delivery
  • supporting site operations through visible on-site presence and proactive issue resolution
  • ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, Ørsted policies, and QHSE standards
  • identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and supporting implementation of enhancements.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience within facilities management, workplace operations, or supplier management
  • understand contract management, service levels, and performance monitoring
  • demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and clear, effective communication skills
  • show knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements, or equivalent experience
  • are structured and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • take a proactive, solution-focused approach and collaborate effectively across teams.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.

Please note that you’re expected to do some travelling in relation to your work, as you’ll travel between the West Coast Hub (Barrow-in-Furness) and Burbo O&M sites (Liverpool) approximately once or twice a month, to support operations and stakeholder engagement.
