Offshore Maintenance Technician

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for performing predetermined maintenance on our offshore wind turbines. You’ll ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance tasks, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, in compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

 

Welcome to UK West Hub / Region Europe Generation
You’ll be part of Predetermined Operations team where you, together with your colleagues, will perform scheduled maintenance, testing, and inspection tasks on offshore wind turbines and associated plant and apparatus. As a team, we prioritize safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • performing scheduled maintenance on offshore wind turbines as per the predetermined maintenance plans
  • executing maintenance activities across SGRE and Vestas WTG systems to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • leading teams conducting maintenance on WTGs and foundation structures
  • supporting the Offshore Manager in preparing maintenance improvements and aligning tasks with operational priorities
  • ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a strong safety culture.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems maintenance
  • possess strong leadership skills to guide maintenance teams effectively
  • demonstrate a commitment to safety and operational excellence
  • are proactive and capable of working independently
  • have excellent problem-solving abilities
  • can communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
