UK Reward & Compliance Analyst

Join us in this role where you’ll be part of the UK People & Culture (P&C) Team ensuring our reward is market competitive and our HR activities are compliant. You will be involved in setting salary benchmarking, managing our benefits, our statutory reporting obligations and managing the compliance calendar. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our reward structures are data-driven, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

You’ll be part of UK Local People Infrastructure where you, together with your colleagues, will manage reward operations, compliance reporting, and benefit frameworks across the UK.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing salary benchmarking and contributing to annual salary surveys
  • managing the UK Compliance Calendar and stakeholders to ensure statutory reporting is submitted on time
  • delivering monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • maintaining the integrity of the UK Reward and Contractual Framework
  • supporting HR Business Partners with data insights and analysis as required to enable the business to make decisions
  • building business cases to automate UKI P&C processes and implement, working with Global People Services and Group P&C.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong Excel skills
  • can analyse data from multiple sources and translate it into actionable insights
  • are confident managing stakeholders and external providers
  • enjoy working with detail and with excellent accuracy
  • understand data protection laws and ethical data practices
  • can write and document processes and manage change in a structured way.

Remuneration

For this role we offer a yearly base salary in range of £40,000 to £45,000 + pension + benefits. Actual offer considers the specific candidates experience and skills.
