Community Liaison Administrator

Join us in this role where you’ll play a key role in supporting our onshore wind operations across Ireland and the UK by managing community engagement activities and landowner liaison responsibilities.

Welcome to Operations
You’ll be part of the Community Benefit team where you will help ensure that our community funding is distributed fairly and transparently, and that our landowner relationships are maintained with care and professionalism.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing our Onshore community funding policy, ensuring compliance and effective distribution of funds
  • serving as the main contact for community enquiries, maintain strong relationships with local groups, and promote awareness of funding opportunities
  • keeping accurate records of community interactions and funding, use data to guide future initiatives, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • working closely with internal teams such as finance, accounts payable, development, and delivery to support community and funding activities
  • initiating and supporting community events and projects, ensuring maximum benefit from our funding
  • handling landowner queries, ensure contract and payment accuracy, manage lease extensions, and coordinate annual payment certifications with accountants.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • ideally hold a relevant qualification in public relations, communications, administration, or similar
  • bring some experience in a related field
  •  are proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • communicate clearly and build relationships easily
  • work well independently and as part of a team
  • are highly organised, detail-oriented, and professional and hold a full driving licence and are open to occasional travel.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
