Senior HR Business Partner (Maternity Cover)

Join us in this role where you’ll lead the HR function for Onshore Europe, partnering directly with the CEO and senior leadership to shape and deliver the people strategy. You’ll support the integration of the Onshore platform through the divestment process and drive cultural and organisational change across multiple markets.

Welcome to Onshore Europe
You’ll be part of the P&C Onshore Europe team where you, together with your colleagues, will support around 200 employees across Ireland, the UK, Spain, and Germany. You’ll have two direct reports, one in Cork and one in Germany and you’ll collaborate closely with leaders across functions and geographies to embed a high-performance, inclusive culture.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing and implementing the HR strategy for Onshore Europe in alignment with business goals
  • leading the people integration and change management efforts during the divestment process
  • acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters
  • managing employee relations cases and supporting performance and conflict resolution
  • driving cultural initiatives and organisational design improvements
  • supporting leaders across the full HR lifecycle, including talent development and workforce planning.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • bring strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
  • are a collaborative team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • are experienced in leading HR in a complex, multi-country environment
  • are confident advising senior stakeholders and navigating organisational change
  • are comfortable working with HRIS systems, payroll oversight, and compensation frameworks.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
