Technical Planner, High Voltage Transmission

Imagine a future where you help ensure the safe, reliable operation of highvoltage transmission assets that support offshore wind farms and the green energy transition.

Join us in this role where you’ll plan and prepare maintenance and corrective work on high‑voltage transmission assets, ensuring work is ready, safe to execute, and delivered with high quality and availability across our operations.

Welcome to HV Transmission Operations

You’ll be part of HV Transmission Operations where you, together with your colleagues, plan, prepare, and optimize maintenance activities for offshore and onshore transmission assets, working closely with field teams, engineering, and contractors to support safe and efficient execution.  As a team, we prioritize safety, support each other, share knowledge openly, and work collaboratively to deliver reliable operations and continuous improvement.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • building and maintaining short‑ and long‑term maintenance plans for HV transmission assets.
  • converting defects and requests into clear, executable work orders with defined scope and readiness.
  • preparing complete work packs including drawings, procedures, switching requirements, and safety documentation.
  • supporting outage and campaign planning in close collaboration with field engineers and authorized HV personnel.
  • ensuring material, tooling, and service readiness to enable safe and efficient execution.
  • tracking plan versus actual performance and contributing to continuous improvement in planning quality.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a technical education in an electrical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • bring experience planning or coordinating work within HV transmission, utilities, or offshore wind environments.
  • understand HV equipment, maintenance practices, and safety requirements.
  • are comfortable working with SAP PM or a similar maintenance management system.
  • work in a structured way, with strong attention to detail and risk‑based prioritization.
  • communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with offshore and onshore stakeholders.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
