Tools & Equipment Coordinator - Tools Coordination & Maintenance

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for the coordination, and overall management of all tools, equipment, and container solutions under Special Task & Inspection ‘s responsibility. This includes handling tooling and equipment requests for campaigns, ensuring projects are supplied with safe, complete, and re-certified tools and equipment in due time.

You’ll be part of Tools Coordination & Maintenance team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in tools and equipment management.

As a team, we foster a proactive safety-first culture and collaborate effectively to achieve our operational goals.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • preparing tools and containers for campaigns according to schedule
  • handling of inquiries for new and existing standard tools and equipment and ordering of tools
  • coordination, planning, and preparation of maintenance and periodic re-certifications of tools, equipment, and container solutions
  • ensuring the Tools Management System (TMS) is maintained with tooling data, documentation, and re-certification records
  • supporting operational business on standard tooling-related matters
  • functioning as key points of contact towards suppliers for matters related to standard tools   
  • coordination of transports between warehouse and external partners together with internal stakeholders including preparation of customs documentation
  • requesting purchase orders, conducting good receipt and maintaining of tools warehouse
  • ensuring own work is in compliance with ISO 17020 and internal processes.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have significant experience with special tools and equipment from previous jobs
  • possess administrative skills and good communication skills
  • are IT literate (SAP or similar ERP system and Microsoft Office package)
  • are a qualified forklift truck driver and have a crane certificate
  • have completed Global Wind Organisations Standard Basic Safety Training (BST)
  • have a clean driving license are organized and structured.
