Warehouse Management Administrator

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for mapping and implementing processes, tracking and monitoring actual consumption for work orders created in SAP with parts that are being delivered from Warehouse Management

Welcome to Warehouse Management
You’ll be part of Warehouse Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure control over components used for Main Components Exchange and Cable Storage in SAP. You’ll make sure that equipment is registered and handled in SAP for both main components and cable storage facilities.

As a team, we value diversity, collaboration, and a non-hierarchical, respectful, and trusting work environment.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting back-office functions in the department with forecasting,
  • creating and managing work orders for preparing gearboxes for shipment,
  • ensuring SAP reflects what we actually have on the shelve,
  • supporting our check-up teams with creating stock transformers in the system,
  • handling various minor ad hoc administration tasks.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have some experience in managing and coordinating warehouses,
  • have an educational background in administration or related field (not mandatory),
  • are IT literate, with knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, as well as the Microsoft Office package,
  • have professional experience in the offshore wind business (not mandatory but highly valued),
  • possess strong organizational and time management skills,
  • have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
