(Senior) Portfolio Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for implementing and overseeing renewable power contracts. In this position, you’ll help identify improvements in processes and business cases whilst remaining attentive to opportunities within our portfolio. As part of Contract Management, you’ll contribute to how we operationally and commercially handle our contracts across the portfolio.

You’ll be part of Contract Management where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with our traders, support functions, and customers to secure contracts are understood, operated, and optimised in the best possible way. In the role you will be given responsibility for a portfolio of contracts across different countries. The team is curious and collaborative, always looking for new ways to improve what we do and create meaningful value. We care deeply about our work and like to keep an informal tone.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading integration of new contracts into the portfolio and systems with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels
  • ensuring contracts are operated and traded as expected
  • exploring, shaping and negotiating new commercial opportunities identified within our existing contract portfolio
  • preparing and sharing contract performance analysis and actionable recommendations.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • bring a thoughtful, clear and organised approach to your work tasks
  • have commercial understanding and understand how to support performance improvements in contracts
  • are comfortable with numbers, working independently and contributing your perspectives
  • are open to learning and enjoy working on new ideas
  • have experience with energy or financial markets and contracts
  • value teamwork and shared success
  • speak and write English fluently.
