(Senior )Transformation Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll be at the forefront of transformation in a leading global company in offshore wind. You will be working closely with business leaders and transformation program managers to turn strategic decisions into new ways of working. As part of our newly formed team, you will help to design, test and implement solutions that will shape the future of our business. The role offers opportunities for personal and professional growth, supporting your growth in project management, change management, process design, communication and facilitation - all within a partnership-based, supportive environment.

Welcome to Transformation Consultants
You’ll be part of the Transformation Consultants team where you, together with your colleagues, will support business leaders in delivering priority projects in EPC, Generation, Trading & Revenue and Shared Functions (e.g. IT). You’ll be empowered to challenge the status quo and drive results, and you will also play a vital role in reinforcing and sustaining the change after implementation.

You will be part of the wider Strategy, Innovation, and Transformation area which is Ørsted’s engine for shaping the company’s future. Our function ensures a seamless handover from strategy to execution, drives innovation and steers investment decisions.

As a team, we value open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and mutual respect.  We support your professional growth with tailored development plans and opportunities to expand your responsibilities over time.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing implementation projects within larger transformation programmes
  • designing new processes, organisational changes, tools and KPIs
  • supporting the people side of change through well-proven methods
  • creating communication for training as well as wider understanding and adaptation
  • facilitating group processes for design finalisation and an iterative management of the test and implementation phases.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are certified in a project management approach
  • have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • have process design experience from lean or a similar process-oriented context
  • master well-proven methods in organisational change management
  • have a collaborative, curious, and client-focused mindset
  • have some experience in hands-on implementation, preferably as external consultant or in a large corporation.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
