Join us in this role where you’ll lead the delivery of application development and customised IT solutions, ensuring teams work efficiently, continuously improve, and deliver reliable outcomes in a complex and evolving environment.

 

Welcome to Workplace, Apps & Security Platforms
You’ll be part of ACO team where you, together with your colleagues, will enable and optimise software delivery across application customisation, operations, and lifecycle management, supporting Ørsted’s global workplace and business platforms.

As a team, we collaborate openly, take ownership, and support each other in driving continuous improvement while working in an agile mindset.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • facilitating agile ways of working across multiple delivery teams
  • enabling efficient and predictable delivery of application development and operations
  • supporting teams in continuous improvement and optimisation of processes
  • ensuring alignment between product management, delivery, and operations
  • contributing to security, compliance, and operational stability
  • managing budget follow‑up and financial awareness within the area.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strong foundation in agile ways of working or equivalent experience
  • demonstrate a servant leadership mindset and people‑centred leadership approach
  • are comfortable leading teams in complex and changing environments
  • bring experience from software delivery, IT operations, or similar domains
  • have an understanding of budget management and financial follow‑up
  • communicate clearly and work collaboratively across disciplines.
