Join us in this role where you’ll play a pivotal part in Payroll Operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery for our Danish workforce. You’ll take part in our SAP S/4HANA implementation expected to take place Q4 2027.

You’ll be part of Payroll Operations team, where you together with your colleagues will ensure payroll compliance, drive process improvements. Our team’s diverse expertise and collaborative approach allow us to deliver high standards and support cross-market initiatives.

You’ll play an important role in:  

  • supporting the Danish payroll function through SAP S/4HANA migration 

  • ensuring operational continuity 

  • collaborating with wider HR and finance teams to optimise payroll processes 

  • providing guidance and training to colleagues on DK payroll  

  • identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements 

  • championing an inclusive and solution-focused approach within the team. 

 

To succeed in the role, you:  

  • demonstrate expertise in Danish payroll and employment tax, or equivalent experience 

  • show adaptability and problem-solving skills, especially during system migrations 

  • communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams 

  • embrace inclusive practices and value diverse perspectives 

  • have experience with SAP systems, preferably S/4HANA and SucessFactors or equivalent experience 

  • have experience from a payroll environment, containing salaried as well as hourly paid employees, with and without collective agreements  

  • display a proactive and compassionate approach to supporting colleagues.
