HR Legal Partner, DK & SE

Imagine a future where you enable responsible and people-focused business transformation through expert employment law advice

Join us in this role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR, guiding on complex employment law and employee relations matters. You’ll play a key role in supporting organisational change, ensuring that decisions are compliant, pragmatic, and aligned with our people values. The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on case handling.

Welcome to HR Legal & Employee Relations
You’ll be part of HR Legal & Employee Relations where you, together with your colleagues, will advise on employment law, manage employee relations matters, and support organisational changes primarily in Denmark. You’ll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the wider business, contributing to consistent and practical legal solutions across markets.

As a team, we value trust, collaboration, and sound judgement, and we support each other in delivering pragmatic, people-focused outcomes.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • advising on employment law, policies, collective agreements, and terms of employment in Denmark (and to a minor degree in Sweden)
  • managing employee relations cases, including dismissals, warnings, and settlement agreements
  • supporting organisational changes and redundancy processes in close collaboration with stakeholders and employee representatives
  • implementing new legislation and ensuring templates and guidance remain fit for purpose
  • partnering with leaders and HR Business Partners to balance legal risk with business needs
  • contributing to knowledge sharing and legal coordination across teams and geographies.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • bring strong experience within employment law and employee relations
  • apply a pragmatic and solution-oriented advisory style, balancing legal, business, and people considerations
  • build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders through clear, confident communication and practical case handling
  • demonstrate strong judgement and the ability to navigate complex situations
  • enjoy collaboration and actively contribute to a high-performing specialist team
  • hold a relevant legal qualification or equivalent experience.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
