Head of Commercial in Infrastructure Assets

Join us in this role where you’ll lead the strategic commercial direction of the Infrastructure Assets organization and drive the continued development of the business and optimize value creation with a strong focus on external and internal stakeholders. The Team has the responsibility to ensure effective ownership and operation of the oil and gas transportation systems in line with the regulatory framework, authority guidelines and the costumers request for services - the Team also has the responsibility of driving continuous value creation and development of new business opportunities.

You’ll be part of Commercial where you, together with your colleagues, will develop a strong team of highly skilled specialists. You will be heading the Team and set the directions for succesful achievements and drive all commercial activities across the Infrastructure Assets organization incl. play a vital part in negotiations with internal and external parties. The Team also steers Infrastructure Assets’ public & regulatory affairs and supports shaping of Infrastructure Assets’ overall strategy to align with evolving market developments.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading the strategic commercial direction of the Infrastructure Assets organization
  • driving the continued development of the business and optimizing value creation
  • managing negotiations with partners in the North Sea, which are major oil/gas companies and partners on land
  • commercialization of new business opportunities, e.g. CO2 transportation while at the same time never losing sight of day-to-day business
  • driving business development based on regulatory framework with a strong attention to detail and perseverance.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong documented leadership skills and a positive and motivational mindset
  • have technical understanding and preferably (not a requirement) in the oil/gas area
  • are an experienced negotiator and preferably in complex areas and you are fluent in both spoken and written Danish and English
  • have legal understanding and/or regulatory competences and an ambition to optimize commercial outcome whilst remaining compliant
  • can navigate complex relationships and have excellent stakeholder management competences
  • are skilled in cross-functional collaboration, have effective communication skills and experience in change management
