Head of Delivery

Join us in this role where you’ll set the direction for how value is delivered across enterprise-wide large scale digital platforms, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes while enabling Delivery Managers to continuously improve and excel within their domains.

 

As Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring that delivery across platforms is strategically aligned, predictable and efficient. You do this by leading a team of 4 Delivery Managers that orchestrate delivery within their respective platforms and product suites. Furthermore, you are responsible for leading and developing the organisation through the group of 3 People Managers responsible for all employees across the Shared Functions Platforms.

You’ll be part of the Shared Functions Digital Technology leadership team where you, together with your colleagues, will own, develop and operate a portfolio of enterprise digital solutions such as SAP and ServiceNow that enable company-wide business outcome within Finance, People & Development, Procurement, Offshore Operations and Logistics.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading the overall deliverables from Shared Functions to the business
  • orchestrating best in class delivery performance and predictability across products
  • managing organisational delivery design and strategic workforce planning
  • discovering how innovation can increase delivery efficiency and set strategic goals for continuous improvement
  • constructing and maintain high-level delivery roadmap ensuring transparency into dependencies, risk and progres
  • ensuring transparent metrics for quality, flow, cost, outcomes and embedded lean-agile governance and ways of working across the organisation
  • leading and developing leaders. 

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are ablet to deliver large cross functional initiatives orchestrating risk management, delivery roadmaps and change activities
  • have strong experience with leading managers and managing complex, large scale digital portfolios with up to +200 colleagues in a corporate company
  • have experience with setting strategic targets for delivery efficiency, roadmap and organisation across platforms build on a foundation of lean and agile delivery principle based on product strategies and roadmaps
  • have stakeholder management and communication skills to navigate complexity and influence senior stakeholders across Business and Digital Technology
  • have experience developing leaders and high-performing teams
  • are comfortable working with data, financial transparency, and performance metrics.

Position salary range: 

For this position, the expected base pay range is kr79,440.00- kr119,160.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
