Head of People Infrastructure, Denmark and Sweden

You’ll be part of PI Continental Europe Leadership team and report to the Head of PI for Continental Europe where you'll be leading a team of eight enthusiastic and highly professional HR generalists, reward and legal colleagues. Together with your colleagues, you will have the responsibility of ensuring that we deliver on our P&C agenda for Denmark and Sweden, both by driving business-initiated projects and by being accountable for the delivery of P&C processes, employee relations, our Employer Value Proposition, and projects in the region.

You’ll play an important role in:
- leading and developing the PI Denmark and Sweden team in our current geographical set-up while closely partnering with the business and be responsible for compliance and employee relations
- handling collective- and local agreements as well as negotiating these while ensuring close collaboration with employee representatives and works councils
- staying ahead of the curve for new legislation and employee benefits and general terms of employment to make our organisation remain an attractive employer
- supporting the execution of our transformation and simplification journey together with our P&C colleagues and stakeholders
- implementing organisational changes, incl. supporting acquisitions and divestments.
- are an inclusive HR leader with in-depth knowledge of the labour law system and labour relations within Denmark and preferably also Sweden
- have solid people leader experience, preferably from a similar role in an international organisation
- create followship and are an experienced negotiator
- have the ability to build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders
- are fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing
- are a culturally knowledgeable team player who understands how to connect the dots and the people, collaborating with our entire P&C organisation and operating model.
