Welcome to Europe Gas in Trading & Revenue
You’ll be part of Portfolio Management and a member of the leadership team referring to the Head of Europe Gas where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for maximising value from our portfolio of assets while managing risks. You’ll play an important role in:

·       shaping the future of Europe Gas as part of the leadership team

·       providing essential support and analysis to colleagues in the gas and structured origination teams, by offering insights on deals, pricing strategies and portfolio effects

·       conducting market trend analysis and providing tools, models and data for informed decision making

·       driving PnL and risk transparency from our activities incl. KPI reporting and long-term planning of the portfolio

·       ensuring talent management and the continued development of the team members.

To succeed in the role, you:

·       preferably have experience with gas and/or commodity markets

·       are commercially minded with excellent communication skills and can manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

·       are structured, solution oriented and able to present and communicate complex matters to your team, colleagues, management, and other stakeholders in a professional and efficient way

·       have solid management experience with proven track record in enabling and developing high-performing teams as well as experience working and navigating in a matrix setup.
