Head of Products & Pricing

Join us in this role where you’ll lead a team that drives product development, pricing strategy, and risk management across our B2B portfolio. You’ll foster strong collaboration across trading & revenue, and Sales, while building a resilient and proactive team culture.

You’ll be part of B2B where you, together with your colleagues, will serve  business customers in Denmark and Sweden with power, gas, green certificates, energy solutions and services. You’ll lead a group of committed colleagues to drive daily pricing operations, shape future product offerings, and manage contract and market risks. In this role, your strong leadership will be key as you collaborate closely with stakeholders across different markets and functions, helping to align commercial strategies and deliver impactful results.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading and developing a team of skilled and autonomous pricing and product experts
  • strengthening and executing product development, product ownership and proactive business partnering with Sales
  • overseeing pricing, pricing operations and risk management in energy markets
  • driving change management to improve team collaboration and impact
  • ensuring backup structures and resilience across team responsibilities
  • setting direction and identifying opportunities and solutions in a complex, high-risk market environment.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are exceptional people leader who supports, empowers, and fosters a strong team spirit
  • bring experience in energy market pricing or similar risk-driven industries
  • understand B2B customer dynamics and product portfolio management
  • are confident in driving change and influencing across functions
  • demonstrate analytical thinking and strategic problem-solving
  • have a strong commercial mindset and understanding.
