Welcome to Strategy Execution & Transformation
You’ll lead Strategy Execution & Transformation where you, together with your colleagues, will set strategic direction, orchestrate enterprise-wide execution, and steward transformation programmes that span markets and business areas. You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading the recent centralisation of strategy and transformation colleagues from across the company and shaping a strong team culture and operating model in the new setup
  • partnering with senior leaders across business areas to bring new ideas & strategic insights, represent them in the group strategy process and bring structure to complex challenges
  • driving the strategic planning cycle cascading the group strategy and ensuring clarity and progress across strategic priorities
  • owning best practice on enterprise level execution frameworks that provide visibility, alignment, and accountability
  • co-owning design and execution of enterprise critical strategic projects and cross-functional transformation programmes that support delivery of strategic ambitions – hand in hand with senior business leaders
  • ensuring high quality communication of strategy and progress across the organisation and push for organisational adoption of relevant strategic changes.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • demonstrate strong executive stakeholder management skills and can build trust across senior levels
  • bring a strong strategy consulting toolbox including the ability to simplify complexity and communicate structured, compelling strategic insights to executives
  • combine strategic thinking with a practical, solution oriented and business first mindset and clear experience with driving implementation of transformation programmes including organisational adoption/change management
  • has experience leading leaders and teams in times of transition - building and aligning internal new operating models and pushing strong team culture across boarders
  • feel comfortable working in dynamic, cross functional environments with the ability to balance analytical depth with an inclusive, collaborative approach.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
