Head of Systems & Analytics

Join us in this role where you’ll lead a team that runs projects, achieve system and data excellence, enhance efficiency, ensure transparency and risk control, and develop customer-centric solutions. You will lead the team, define and manage system and data development, spearhead significant B2B projects, and collaborate with colleagues and your team to effectively prioritize and execute key initiatives.

You’ll be part of Systems & Analytics team where you, together with your colleagues, will support B2B operations that serve  business customers in Denmark and Sweden with power, gas, green certificates, and supporting services. You will lead the team in shaping the system and data environment through application maintenance and development. You will collaborate with internal and external vendors to drive initiatives and projects, ensuring an efficient B2B system and data landscape that delivers an exceptional experience for both colleagues and customers.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading a team of skilled and autonomous Business System Consultants and Data Analysts
  • enhancing B2B business knowledge and efficiency through data utilization
  • driving change and improvement initiatives within B2B, including managing our IT budget
  • developing a data strategy and system roadmap focused on internal efficiency and customer experience
  • acting as the Business Owner for significant B2B IT projects
  • promoting the AI and automation agenda within B2B.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are an exceptional people leader who supports, empowers, and fosters a strong team spirit
  • have proven experience in Data and System excellence and can drive this agenda with your team
  • excels in collaboration, stakeholder- and vendor management
  • have experience from End customer and/or energy customer processes is an advantage
  • will benefit from understanding Danish, as many suppliers, end customers, and colleagues use it as their first language, and much of the energy market legislation is written in Danish.
