IAM Technology Consultant

Imagine a future where you support and operate identity and access management solutions that help keep a global green energy company secure.

Join us in this role where you’ll help the business succeed and stay secure by operating, supporting, and continuously improving our identity and access management solutions in close collaboration with users and technology teams across the organisation.

Welcome to Cyber Security

You’ll be part of the Identity Security team where, together with your colleagues around the globe, you’ll support and operate Ørsted’s IAM platforms. We are responsible for identity and access security best practices, processes, guidelines, and technical solutions. You’ll engage with end-users, business units, and our global Digital Technology and OT organisations to ensure stable operations and high-quality support of our IAM services.

As a team, we work collaboratively across locations, share knowledge openly, and take pride in delivering reliable security services that enable Ørsted’s business and green transition.

You’ll play an important role in:

- performing application lifecycle management across IAM solutions, including integrations to source and target systems.

- running operational services such as monitoring, patching, and back-up of IAM platforms.

- delivering second- and third-level support, problem management, and change and release management in line with ITIL standards.

- coordinating activities with infrastructure operations teams on network, server, operating system, and database topics, and planning maintenance and service windows.

- supporting patching, upgrades, and back-up management of IAM solutions.

- contributing to IT goals, initiatives, and projects, including work delivered under the SAFe Agile Framework.

To succeed in the role, you:

- have strong knowledge of supporting and technically maintaining one or more IAM technologies in a large-scale, multi-site environment.

- bring experience with IAM or IT security architecture, infrastructure, and integration patterns.

- have a solid understanding of ITIL processes and structured service delivery.

- have knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory authentication and Group Policy Objects.

- have experience with identity governance or privileged access solutions, for example SailPoint or PAM tools, or equivalent experience.

- communicate clearly, collaborate effectively in virtual teams, and are driven to deliver high-quality support.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
