IGA SaaS Engineer

Imagine a future where you strengthen our identity governance capabilities and help build secure cloud‑based access solutions across a rapidly growing OT and IT landscape.

Join us in this role where you’ll help implement and maintain our new IGA SaaS platform, ensuring scalable, secure, and future‑ready identity governance for both IT and operational technology environments. You’ll work closely with consultants during the initial rollout and later take ownership of long‑term platform stability, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across cloud and legacy environments.

Welcome to Cyber Security
You’ll be part of Identity & Access Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will deliver secure, compliant, and stable access governance solutions across the organisation. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product owners, architects, and external consultants, ensuring smooth project implementation, knowledge transfer, and operational excellence across multiple domains and assets.

As a team, we collaborate openly, learn continuously, and support each other to create secure, simple, and scalable identity solutions.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supporting the end‑to‑end technical implementation of our new cloud‑based IGA SaaS platform.
  • ensuring a smooth handover from consultant‑led rollout to internal engineering ownership.
  • configuring, maintaining, and optimising IGA workflows, policies, automation, and governance controls.
  • troubleshooting complex issues and resolving Level 3 tickets across cloud and legacy environments.
  • collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure secure access for users, partners, and contractors.
  • contributing to onboarding new OT assets onto the platform and securing continuous operational stability.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • must have strong practical experience with IAM and Access Governance platforms in large-scale, multi-site environments; solid understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access control (RBAC). OT domain exposure is an advantage
  • bring strong technical skills within identity governance, access management, applying best practices for integrations, entitlement modeling, and lifecycle workflows or equivalent experience
  • have hands‑on experience with platform delivery & application onboarding implementation, such as technical configuration, troubleshooting, or equivalent experience in enterprise and cloud environments
  • are comfortable working in project environments and contributing to handover, operational readiness, and documentation
  • communicate clearly and can translate technical issues into business‑relevant insights and thrive in a collaborative environment and work proactively with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • are motivated by learning, growth, and working with both new cloud solutions and existing legacy systems.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
