IT Process Management Lead

Join us in this role where you’ll lead the development and adoption of our IT process management framework. You’ll own the concept and toolbox that guide our process owners and content creators, ensuring alignment with agile ways of working and corporate standards. You’ll also drive transparency and maturity across the IT process landscape.

You’ll be part of IT Quality & Process Management Centre of Excellence where you, together with your colleagues, will anchor and evolve our process management practices across Ørsted IT. The team collaborates across functions and geographies to support process owners and ensure consistent, high-quality process execution. As a team, we focus on embracing leaning opportunities and care for each other’s development. We trust and respect each other which enables us to work efficiently and develop value solutions.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • owning and evolving the IT process management framework and toolbox
  • aligning process management with agile principles and matrix structures
  • supporting process owners with guidance, training, and best practices
  • facilitating workshops and forums to drive process optimisation
  • tracking and reporting on process maturity and performance metrics
  • collaborating with stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process coherence.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have deep expertise in process management, ideally with Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience
  • bring practical experience in implementing and maturing process frameworks
  • understand IT processes and frameworks such as ITIL
  • are a strong communicator with experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
  • can analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • are passionate about continuous improvement and enabling others to succeed.
