IT Risk Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll maintain Ørsted's IT Risk Management process, facilitating effective risk management and ensuring cybersecurity and compliance risks are clearly communicated to Ørsted IT Management and stakeholders.

Welcome to IT Quality and Process Management

You’ll be part of IT Quality & Process CoE team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage the global risk register and consolidate risk data into comprehensive reports. You'll support the agile delivery organization in risk data collection and mitigation, working across various markets and countries. As a team, we value collaboration, communication, and innovative problem-solving. 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • maintaining a global risk register for Ørsted IT, based on risk data collected from the agile delivery organisation
  • consolidating risk data from the agile delivery organisation into a risk report on Ørsted IT level
  • creating and maintaining Ørsted IT specific processes and instructions based on the overall global risk framework provided by Corporate Information Security
  • developing the tool landscape and the day-to-day processes to assure a consistent use of the global risk management methodology
  • supporting the agile delivery organisation in collecting and maturing risk data, as well as in mitigating risks according to agreed treatment plans.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strong understanding and knowledge of risk management methodology
  • possess knowledge of international security standards and national legislations
  • understand basic technical cybersecurity concepts
  • demonstrate good organizational and communication skills
  • are skilled in project management and facilitation
  • have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • can organize work independently and steer distributed teams.
