Join us in our Change Management Advisory team – an internal consultancy function focusing on advising strategic transformation programmes and anchoring the change management discipline as an integral part of Ørsted’s leadership mindset.   

 

Welcome to Strategy Execution & Transformation
You’ll be part of the Change Management Advisory team where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of a fast-paced Change Management Advisory team placed within the area Strategy Execution & Transformation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to ensure strong ownership and successful adoption.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading change advisory efforts for strategic transformation programmes, ensuring focused and value-driven change initiatives
  • identifying people-related risks, defining adoption success criteria, and shaping tailored change management approaches
  • driving effective sponsorship and leadership alignment, ensuring clear ownership and accountability
  • influencing senior stakeholders by challenging assumptions and strengthening change leadership
  • coaching leaders and teams to build long-term change management capabilities across the organisation
  • contributing to the development of scalable frameworks, tools, and learning solutions to strengthen change capability.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • bring strong experience in leading change across strategic or complex initiatives
  • apply structured, outcome-focused change management approaches
  • navigate complexity and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling you to influence at senior levels
  • facilitate workshops and coaching sessions that drive engagement and alignment
  • hold a Prosci certification or equivalent experience in structured change management practices.
