Lead Digital Account Manager
Join us in this role where you’ll Build Ørsted Erhverv sales channel towards small businesses, driven by a digital experience that allows for businesses to become customers at Ørsted Erhverv. Ideally, you will bring experience from similar challenges to enable Ørsted Erhverv to take the next step in a more digitalised sales journey. It is a hands-on role where you will be working with everything from strategy to execution and daily operational tasks to ensure we deliver on our ambition for the Digital Sales.

You’ll be part of Sales & Marketing where you, together with your colleagues, will shape Ørsted Erhvervs focus on small and micro businesses, finding a new way to grow our business. We are building a new route to market and aim to onboard new customers effectively. Customer Care, Customer Experience, Marketing, Products and Enablement will support you and the sales channel as a whole with relevant solutions and strong product offerings making sure we collective grow our engagement with small and micro businesses in Denmark.
As a team, we work closely together and support each other across functions. In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Lead, Sales Enablement and Product team who will support you in delivering value.
You’ll play an important role in:
- building the Ørsted Erhverv sales channel towards small businesses, driven by a digital experience that allows for businesses to become customers at Ørsted Erhverv
- working with our strategy, execution and daily operational tasks to ensure we deliver on our ambition for the Digital Sales Area in 2025
- driving our commercial growth responsibility within the small business segement, working closely with internal colleauges to also support our chrun prevention efforts
- supporting product development, which is driven by the Product & Pricing team, ensuring we target potential customers with the right products at the right time in their purchasing cycle.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a proven trackrecord and strong experience with digital sales, building a digital sales channel that allows for Ørsted Erhverv to attract new customers
- preferably have relevant sales experience in the energy industry or similar experience of building digital sales in telco, insurance or banking
- have hands on experience with development and execution of building a new sales channel and are willing to roll up the sleeves and work to deliver on our ambition
- have the ability to ensure necessary collaboration between sales and operations, to allow for our colleauges in Customer Care to drive upsell and cross sell activity
- have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and bridge the different tracks to achieve success for the Digital Sales area and Ørsted Erhverv as a whole
