Join us in this role where you’ll take ownership of monthly financial controlling for one of our Business Units and help strengthen our global controlling framework. You’ll work closely with colleagues across group controlling, entity controlling, internal controls and auditors, ensuring accurate reporting and driving process improvements. You’ll be part of ​our Group Controlling team, delivering compliant, high-quality, and timely financial reporting to Group Finance​ where you, together with your colleagues, will ​work closely with auditors to ensure documentation is delivered according to plan. We’re a department of 15 professionals across global offices, united by collaboration and a passion for excellence.​

You’ll play an important role in:  

• ​​ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for your Business Unit, including controlling consolidated Group numbers for internal stakeholders​ 

• ​​performing technical accounting controlling, primarily under IFRS​ 

• planning and managing Business Unit audits and maintaining close dialogue with external auditors 

• ​​driving continuous improvements to ensure efficient and compliant processes and controls​ 

• ​​implementing standard processes and strengthening the Controlling Framework​ 

• ​​acting as a trusted collaborator for internal and external stakeholders.​ 

To succeed in the role, you:  

• hold a master’s degree or equivalent in auditing 

• ​​have solid experience in auditing and financial controlling in an international setting​ 

• ​​have deep knowledge of IFRS and a hands-on approach to problem-solving​ 

• demonstrate a proactive approach, possess strong analytical abilities, and exhibit a collaborative attitude 

• ​​are independent, responsible, and results oriented​ 

• possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 

• are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
