  • have a solid technical background e.g. engineering and enjoy building structure requirements, documentation and repeatable standards across sites.
  • how experience delivering complex projects end-to-end (planning, requirements, supplier coordination, installation/commissioning, handover) including supporting procurement and contract discussions where technical responsibilities and interfaces must be clearly defined.
  • communicate clearly in English and can translate technical topics for different stakeholders across teams and cultures
  • use a pragmatic analytical mindset to assess risk, spot vulnerabilities, and the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement in a fast-evolving security landscape
  • demonstrate resilience to thrive in a complex, matrixed organization, balancing the drive for progress with the realities of internal processes, agreed service expectations and service levels.
  • balance passion for the good technical solution with an ability to work in a highly specialised team where respect for each other and team effort is a prerequisite for success.

Security specific experience (CCTV, advanced surveillance technology, access control, intrusion detection) is a plus but not required. We will support you in building physical security domain capabilities.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
