Liquidity Risk Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll safeguard liquidity for trading activities by measuring, monitoring, and optimising collateral and margin usage across exchanges, CCPs, and counterparties. As part of the First line Risk and Liquidity team, you will oversee the monitoring of limits, advising the business and translating market developments into practical risk management strategies. You will also be instrumental in enhancing frameworks, data flows, and tooling.

 

Welcome to Trading & Revenue
You’ll be part of the Credit & Liquidity risk team where you, together with your colleagues, will will develop and implement liquidity risk management practices for our trading activities. You’ll work closely with traders, finance, and second line risk to optimize our liquidity risk.

As a team, we work closely with trading and finance, embrace continuous learning, challenge each other constructively, and support growth through shared expertise and open collaboration.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • building and maintaining tools and dashboards to monitor collateral and margin usage
  • delivering high-quality recurring reporting and stress testing for liquidity risk
  • supporting CSA design, netting agreements and other to help manage efficiently the liquidity use
  • actively engaging with the credit risk to identify optimal collateral
  • collaborating with traders and stakeholders to manage liquidity mandates and structure trades
  • finalising and rolling out the Liquidity Risk Policy and related frameworks.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong hands-on skills in SQL and Power BI and working knowledge of Python or equivalent
  • understand initial and variation margin mechanics, CCP/broker models, and CSA/netting terms
  • can translate complex risk and data topics into clear narratives for diverse stakeholders
  • are proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • have experience in liquidity risk, collateral management, or treasury, ideally in trading or banking
  • hold a degree in finance, economics, engineering, or similar, or equivalent experience.
