Network Domain Architect

Join us in this role where you’ll be designing and implementing robust solution architecture, ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and compliant and aligned with business goals.

You’ll be part of the CC Architecture & Technology team where you, together with your colleagues, will design and develop innovative solution architecture, optimize performance, and support cross-functional deliveries on a global scale. As a team, we foster collaboration and innovation to deliver high-quality infrastructure in alignment with our reference architectures and principle architectures.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading the design and implementation of network infrastructure architectures
  • ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals
  • collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • optimizing network performance and reliability
  • incorporating security and compliance controls in the technology component design according to Ørsted security standards
  • driving technology selection and staying updated with industry trends and best practices across the network domain.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have extensive experience in network architecture, solution design and documentation in a large-scale multi-site environment
  • have general knowledge and skills in IaC as well as infrastructure technologies
  • demonstrate expertise in scalable and secure system design and a mindset for “shifting left” in general
  • have knowledge and experience with standard IT frameworks, e.g., ITIL and SAFe
  • have practice in strategies, roadmaps and technical directions for technologies
  • are strong in working with multiple stakeholders on various levels in the organisation, navigating priorities, aligning roadmaps and dependencies.
