Performance & Excellence Manager (m/f/d)

Join us in this role where you’ll where you’ll be responsible for championing performance management and governance excellence across Generation Europe. You’ll ensure that our frameworks and strategies are aligned with Ørsted´s broader goals and help drive continued success in the global shift to green energy.

You’ll be part of Performance Management and Excellence where you, together with your colleagues, will committ to improving performance visibility, tools and systems and governance frameworks. We foster a culture of continuous improvement and close collaboration, working closely with stakeholders across the business to help Generation efficiently and effectively meet its strategic goals.

As a team, we aim to raise the bar accelerating the performance of Generation´s asset fleet in support of our ambition to become the undisputed leader in offshore wind generation. We cultivate a dynamic and supportive environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to our shared mission.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • implementing and refining KPI strategies and performance frameworks across Generation Europe in close collaboration and alignment with the enterprise performance management team
  • managing requirements and changes for the central performance tracking tool, enabling clear unified visibility of our progress towards delivering the financial transformation of Generation Europe.
  • coordinating and challenging the KPI-target setting processes
  • leading cross-Generation governance initiatives (e.g best practice peer groups frameworks, reporting templates, decision governance) to ensure compliance and alignment with company’s standards
  • providing expert guidance and support on performance management and governance matters across the Generation organization as well as preparing and presenting performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, trends and opportunities for improvement
  • supporting performance benchmarking to generate actionable insights for target setting and initiative identification.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a strong background and proven experience in performance management and governance excellence
  • are confident engaging with a wide range of business stakeholders to understand their needs and increase satisfaction with the team´s products and services
  • possess the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders, and are comfortable acting as a bridge between the two
  • demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • are a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to driving change and continuous improvement.
