Process Excellence Architect (Maternity Cover)

Join us in this role where you’ll be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and optimizing business processes across Orsted. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our operations are safe and efficient with clear value add to the business, streamlined and simplified where possible, enabling us to deliver our vision of a world that runs on green energy.

You’ll be part of the Process Excellence team where you, together with your colleagues, will work across business units to optimize ways of working through implementation of best practice process management and ensuring consistent process governance.

As a team, we are dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • mapping and analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance to our management system requirements
  • facilitating workshops to engage stakeholders in process optimization
  • collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and efficient operations
  • implementing new processes and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
  • supporting the continuous evolution of our management system to meet strategic goals.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience in process management and optimization
  • possess excellent communication skills and can engage with diverse stakeholders
  • are skilled in facilitating workshops and have a strong analytical mindset
  • have proficiency in process mapping and management system tools, BPMN 2.0 and/or APQC knowledge advantageous  
  • have knowledge of industry standards and lean methodologies
  • have an independent and proactive mindset, taking initiative and managing tasks effectively.
