Product Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll define and drive priorities for our Physical Security & Facilities product area, balancing security risk, operational needs, OT dependencies, and compliance requirements, while enabling secure and resilient site operations across our global footprint.

You’ll be part of the Workplace, Application and Security Platform Product Line where you together with your colleagues will drive product strategy and execution across security and workplace platforms, ensuring alignment between business needs, IT, and operational environments. As a team, we collaborate closely, support each other, and continuously challenge how we create value at scale.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • defining and driving a multi-year product roadmap across physical security and facilities capabilities.
  • aligning stakeholders across corporate security, facilities, IT, and OT, balancing risk, usability, cost, and regulatory obligations.
  • prioritizing initiatives based on risk to critical assets, OT impact, compliance requirements, and operational consequences.
  • ensuring priorities and deliveries are aligned to protection of critical assets, OT dependencies, and operational resilience.
  • driving initiatives required to meet regulatory and compliance obligations, including frameworks such as NIS2 and CER.
  • ensuring reliable, stable, and compliant operation of mission-critical physical security systems.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • bring strong stakeholder management skills and can navigate complex organisational landscapes.
  • demonstrate leadership in setting priorities, aligning stakeholders, and driving delivery in complex, compliance-driven environments.
  • are able to translate regulatory, operational, and security needs into clear delivery priorities and requirements.
  • have experience working with risk-based prioritisation and compliance-driven environments.
  • are comfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • show curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new domains and technologies.
