Project Manager - Global Marketing (parental leave cover)

Join us in this role where you’ll lead the execution of high-impact marketing projects and campaigns across markets. This is a temporary full-time position covering parental leave, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to make a difference from day one.

You’ll be part of Marketing Operations where you, together with your colleagues, will manage projects and campaigns that span markets and functions, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery. We’re a global team with a strong presence in Europe, supporting colleagues across APAC and the US based on demand.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading and delivering marketing projects and campaigns
  • translating business needs into actionable project plans
  • guiding cross-functional teams of internal specialists and external agencies
  • fostering creativity while ensuring structure and timely execution
  • navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, including senior management
  • ensuring approvals and alignment across global functions and markets.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have excellent project management skills and extensive experience in a similar role within a large organisation
  • bring strong business acumen and marketing insight to your projects
  • are confident managing creative teams and facilitating collaboration
  • have a structured mindset and an eye for detail
  • are pragmatic and solution-oriented, balancing ambition with feasibility
  • communicate clearly and stay calm under pressure.
