Project Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll lead the project management efforts for our heavy lift installation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. You’ll be responsible for stakeholder management, project planning, and risk management, working closely with various departments to achieve our strategic goals.

You’ll be part of The Installation Technologies Heavy Lifts team where you, together with your colleagues, will support our portfolio of projects, including bids and early development work.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • managing project bids and ensuring the delivery of technical support to the highest standards
  • engaging with stakeholders across procurement, engineering, and other departments to deliver comprehensive project solutions
  • overseeing the governance and quality of project deliverables
  • identifying and leveraging synergies across the portfolio to optimize project outcomes
  • supporting the development of strategic plans for heavy lift installations.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong project management skills with a focus on stakeholder management and risk management
  • possess a good understanding of offshore installation operations, including heavy lift installations
  • are adept at financial and commercial management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • demonstrate leadership qualities, with the ability to delegate and manage a team effectively
  • are innovative and solution-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for improvement.
