QHSE Senior Risk Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll work with QHSE risk management at an enterprise level, collaborating with stakeholders across the company to support high-level mitigations and prevention plans.

 

Welcome to QHSE Assurance & Risk
You’ll be part of QHSE Enterprise Risk where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of drive strategic QHSC risk management across the company while maintaining a close interface with the internal QHSE Assurance function. As a team, we support each other, sharing knowledge and best practices across borders and fields of expertise. We communicate openly, encouraging curiosity and questions.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • identifying and responding to critical QHSE risks through data analysis
  • identifying causes and effects of potential risks
  • working with the full spectrum of the value chain of conceptual risk management
  • engaging with stakeholders, such as risk responsible and risk owners.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a masters degree or similar in risk management
  • are proficient in analysing incident and nonconformity data
  • have operational experience with the practical aspects of risk management
  • have a deep understanding of how risks materialise and affect an organisation
  • have a previous experience from the wind energy industry whether from wind turbine manufacturing, project development, or operations and maintenance.
