  • supporting marketing initiatives and reporting, including event planning, market insights, permission management, customer data updates, and monthly sales reporting.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have great system and IT capabilities for navigating customer facing systems (e.g., Salesforce and Midas, or equivalent experience)
  • understand sales processes in the northern energy markets and can support teams with structured pre sales delivery
  • can own, manage, and run smaller projects independently, keeping stakeholders aligned
  • can prioritise and work independently in a fast moving environment, juggling multiple deadlines
  • communicate clearly and confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners
