Secretary for in-house legal team

Join us in this role where you’ll provide business support to a team of legal professionals.

Welcome to Legal
You’ll be part of Legal's business support team (part of our Corporate Governance & Business Ethics team) where you, together with another colleague based in Denmark,  will assist our European legal teams on a broad range of task, from day-to-day administrative support to managing large, recurring, or ad hoc administrative tasks and projects . As a team, we have a collaborate approach where we respect and trust each other and ensure that everyone pulls in the same direction to achieve our team goals.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • providing day-to-day business support such as booking meetings, travel booking and invoicing, processing invoices in SAP, and assistance with Word and Power Point
  • providing support on compliance-related tasks such as managing our contingency plans to manage inspections from competition authorities (dawn raid set-up), handling registrations with regulatory authorities and other administrative tasks, such as creating and managing SharePoint sites and subsites and managing documents
  • providing assistance related to our records management system in Legal, including training of new employees.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a relevant education within business support – it’s an advantage but not a requirement that you have experience from a law firm or an in-house legal function
  • are a highly skilled user of various IT support applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP and SharePoint and have superuser skills in Word and PowerPoint
  • have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
  • are service-minded and proactive
  • are ready for change and like the challenge of understanding new IT applications and administrative processes.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
