Security Risk Management Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll support the Head of Security Risk Management & Compliance in implementing the security risk management program. You will be responsible for maintaining governance, advising, and training Security Advisors in the risk management work, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the security and resilience of our assets and operations.

You’ll be part of the Security Risk & Compliance team where you, together with your colleagues, will monitor and analyse security threats and vulnerabilities, develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of security risks.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing, rolling out, and maintaining the global physical security risk management structure including security policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • monitoring, documenting, and reporting the risk status
  • developing mitigation strategies combining resilience and security measures
  • collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement security measures
  • monitoring and analyzing security threats and vulnerabilities
  • providing security training and awareness programs to employees.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or have extensive relevant experience working with and driving programs in related areas in a global organisation
  • demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • have knowledge of relevant security standards and regulations
  • are fluent in Danish and English.
