You’ll be part of globally distributed team working at the intersection of technology and business operations,  where you, together with your colleagues, will develop solutions that enable automated processes for the management of our processes for deal capture, management, logistics and settlement of non-standard energy contracts making this role both impactful and highly connected to core business processes.

You’ll play an important role in:

· Bridging data users across the trading domain and technology by translating data needs into clear requirements for data products while ensuring technical feasibility

· Acting as a trusted data partner by understanding the complex trading data landscape, thus acting as a sparring partner to product owners, data users, and technical teams

· Supporting compliant data use by supporting the documentation of data flows and contributing to designing compliance and data governance processes

· Fostering an active data community by actively engaging relevant stakeholders, driving adoption of data products and community contributions to data best practices

· Creating a data literacy program for non-technical learners.

To succeed in the role, you:

· work in a structured way while remaining pragmatic and value focused

· demonstrate strong analytical capabilities

· have the ability to lead stakeholder alignment & engagement across business and technical teams

· have the skill to communicate complex technical and data topics to non-technical stakeholders in a simple fashion

· thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy shaping your own projects

· ideally have experience with governance frameworks, data ownership models, and strategic planning

· are ideally familiar with agile delivery and collaboration tools.
