Senior Cyber Security Risk Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll lead initiatives to standardise and mature our cyber risk management practices across Ørsted’s business areas. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our digital risk landscape is managed effectively, transparently, and in alignment with our global ambitions.

You’ll be part of Risk & Compliance where you, together with your colleagues, will drive a consistent, systematic, and effective approach to cyber risk management and regulatory compliance where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with stakeholders across all business areas to promote a risk-informed and conformance-centric culture as a global second line of defence function.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • promoting uniform risk management by defining requirements and guiding business areas
  • maintaining, maturing, and operationalising our cyber risk management framework
  • coordinating cross-organisational cyber risk initiatives
  • supporting business areas with cyber risk training and awareness
  • ensuring quality control and consistency in cyber risk practices
  • reporting aggregated cyber risks to senior management.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience with risk management processes and best practices
  • understand cyber risk management in IT or OT environments
  • engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in a global matrix organisation
  • have experience coordinating cross-organisational projects
  • are a proactive change driver with strong communication skills
  • are self-driven, curious, and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
