Senior Management Support Consultant

Join us in this role, as Senior Management Assistant, where you’ll act as a trusted partner in a fast-moving and international leadership environment. You’ll help create focus, structure, and momentum across a complex agenda by supporting leadership priorities, enabling effective decision-making, and ensuring strong follow-through across key activities. The role requires sound judgement, high discretion, and the ability to navigate confidently across senior stakeholders and shifting priorities. 

 

Welcome to DT Management Support 
You’ll be part of the DT Management Support team where you, together with your colleagues, will enable the DT Senior leadership team through structured planning, coordination, and governance, supporting priorities across Infrastructure & Operations and the broader DT organisation.  

You'll report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with senior stakeholders across our international set-up. 
As a team, we collaborate closely, share knowledge generously, and take pride in creating calm, clarity, and momentum  
in a dynamic environment. 

 
You’ll play an important role in:  

  • owning advanced calendar management, meeting coordination, and agenda planning to optimise senior leadership time 
  • preparing leadership meetings and engagements through clear briefs, presentations, agendas, and decision material 
  • acting as a high-trust partner with access to emails, calendars, and confidential information, using sound judgement and discretion 
  • creating structure and follow-up across leadership activities, ensuring clear actions, ownership, and progress tracking 
  • coordinating leadership activities across stakeholders, including travel, workshops, offsites, and cross-functional engagements 
  • proactively identifying issues, solving practical challenges, and helping leadership stay ahead of priorities 
  • maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and enabling a smooth information flow across the leadership community. 

 

To succeed in the role, you:  

  • have experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and complex environment, such as executive support, management consulting, project coordination, or similar roles 
  • bring a highly structured way of working, prioritising effectively, and keeping overview across multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously 
  • communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders and build trust through reliability and strong collaboration 
  • are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for direction 
  • handle confidential and sensitive information with maturity, discretion, and sound judgement 
  • are confident using digital tools and systems, manage information and workflows, and enjoy learning new systems. Experience with Microsoft 365, and SAP are advantages 
  • have a relevant education within business, communication, administration, or similar, or equivalent professional experience.
