Senior Paid Social Specialist
Join us in this role where you’ll play a key role in optimizing our digital marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external agencies to execute high-performing social media campaigns while also providing strategic direction on how to best leverage digital platforms to engage our target audiences. Your expertise will ensure that our marketing efforts not only reach but also resonate with key stakeholders.

You’ll be part of the Brand, Planning and Insights team where you, together with your colleagues, will plan, execute, optimize, and evaluate digital activations. Your primary focus will be ensuring that we reach our target audiences—ranging from political stakeholders to investors and financial groups—through well planned social media campaigns with a primary focus on LinkedIn. You’ll also work closely with media agencies and internal experts to ensure that our social media presence is both impactful and aligned with our overall marketing goals. You’ll also play a supporting role in overall campaign planning, strategy, and reporting and ensure that our social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing initiatives, driving both engagement and business impact.
You’ll play an important role in:
- leading LinkedIn campaign execution while ensuring effective distribution across other relevant platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- providing strategic advisory on the optimal use of LinkedIn and other social media platforms to drive engagement and business impact
- developing audience targeting strategies and advising on content creation best practices to optimize engagement and reach, particularly on LinkedIn
- optimizing social media activations through A/B testing, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement initiatives
- managing performance analysis and reporting to track the success of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights for future digital marketing efforts
- supporting broader campaign planning, strategy, execution, and reporting for global marketing initiatives
- collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment across marketing efforts.
- driving efficiency and best practices in digital activation by refining processes and facilitating knowledge-sharing across teams.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have strong expertise in LinkedIn campaign execution and a deep understanding of paid social media strategies, preferably within audiences like B2G, Political stakeholders or financial audience groups
- have proven experience in digital campaign management, ideally from a media agency, digital advertising agency, or a corporate marketing function
- can advise on social media strategy and translate business objectives into effective digital activations
- are data-driven and skilled at interpreting campaign performance metrics to optimize outcomes
- have strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives while ensuring smooth execution
- enjoy working in a collaborative environment and can engage both digital specialists and stakeholders with less technical expertise.
