Senior Risk and Insurance Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll manage key insurance activities across the organisation, respond to changing risk exposures, and help ensure appropriate coverage in line with our insurance policy. You’ll coordinate day-to-day delivery, renewals, tenders, and projects while working closely with colleagues, insurers, and brokers.

You’ll be part of Insurance where you, together with your colleagues, will support business units, companies, and regions and manage insurance for the organisation’s global risks. The team consists of seven specialists, primarily based in Gentofte, with two colleagues in London. As a team, we share expertise, take responsibility, and help each other deliver high-quality solutions.

You’ll play an important role in:

• managing local Danish insurance arrangements, including motor, workers’ compensation, and accident insurance
• coordinating global employee-related insurance programmes for international assignments and business travel
• handling daily enquiries, annual renewals, and relevant tender activities with internal and external stakeholders
• supporting insurance activities for power generation, pipeline, and storage operations, including communication with the business
• coordinating insurance-related technology tasks and contributing to the implementation and continuous improvement of the insurance management system
• leading or contributing to projects in the Insurance team, preparing documents and presentations, and maintaining effective administrative controls.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have an experience with corporate insurance, insurance broking, or a related risk and insurance role
• understand employee-related insurance programmes and have experience with, or a strong interest in, property insurance
• can manage renewals, tenders, enquiries, documentation, and multiple stakeholders with attention to quality and detail
• communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken English in an international working environment
• feel comfortable using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and can work with business systems such as SAP and SharePoint
• work independently, collaborate openly, take initiative, and stay effective in a changing environment.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr45,000.00- kr65,000.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
